Very thorough reports,  which meant my builder fixed all issues especially considering who I built with and how long my build took ( Homestart BGC). Nick was really helpful explaining everything to me that I didn't understand. Was always available to answer my questions.  I was really thankful at tail end of my build when my builder was being difficult about PCI date and time and Nick squeezed me in to his busy schedule.  Cortni in the office was an absolute pleasure to deal with and also very helpful.  Highly recommend Nick. Have happily recommended him to friends.
